Il est situé à quelques mètres des Champs Elysées, il y a un boulangerie, une supérette et de nombreuses brasseries à proximité immédiate. Le propriétaire était attentif et nous a envoyé plusieurs messages afin de s'assurer de la qualité de notre séjour."

"Amazing location, next to Champs Elysees and metro number 1, so the most famous locations in Paris are only few stations away. Flat is in the courtyard building, so its amazingly quiet, even though its in the one of the busiest parts of Paris."

"The property is compact but spacious, it’s very well designed and the Parisian styling gives it a sleek look. It can be a struggle to get your luggage up but with some strategic thinking you will get there lol. If you have vehicle, unload your luggage and park in car park in the indigo in Champs Elysees."

"The location is just amazing, a few steps from the Champs Élysées and main metro lines. The bakery with excellent baguette and croissant is downstairs. The appartment is very clean and comfortable"

"The location of the property was so convenient to get to anywhere we wanted to go in Paris. Loved being able to take a stroll along the Champs Elysees in the afternoons. It was myself and my two daughters traveling and I definitely felt very safe and secure in this flat (code to enter the courtyard, code to enter building, code to access foyer to flat, and code to access flat). Plenty of space for all of us, and everything we needed was there. Loved that we could do laundry and cook, Nespresso was a plus. Place was quiet and in close proximity to restaurants, cafes, and grocery store. Would absolutely stay again!"

"We all shower at night so we found that we ran out of hot water by the third person. Spoke with Marc about it and the situation was handled promptly, made some adjustments with the hot water heater and we waited a bit between showers. It did not negatively impact our stay whatsoever."
